Specialized care, with honesty and respect

Hospice Care at Cornerstone

Grace Hospice brings specialized end-of-life care to Cornerstone. These professionals provide physical, emotional and spiritual care for people with life-limiting illnesses, as well as support for loved ones. We want you to be able to focus all of your precious time together with your loved one, not worrying about daily physical care.

If so desired, chaplains offer prayer, Bible reading and guidance while fostering connections with one’s family and higher power in a way that respects personal and cultural preferences.

Grace Hospice includes volunteers who provide a calming presence and can help make life easier in many ways. This organization will come to hospice patients wherever they call home.

“The care she received was much superior here than the previous place. I felt she was truly treated as an individual and whatever extra care she needed she got. My mom passed away at Cornerstone and between the staff and the hospice care, we were able to say goodbye the way she, and we, wanted. I would highly recommend Cornerstone to anyone that may need memory care—and I have.”

Respite Care

When family caregivers need to be away, respite care is a reliable solution. A short-term stay with us includes a fully-furnished suite, all meals, tailored health services and access to the events and activities at Cornerstone.

For those who need a little more assistance following a hospital stay, respite care can provide the extra care needed to rest and recuperate for a successful return home. Therapy services are available.

Spiritual Care

Cornerstone offers many opportunities for a rich and full life, including spiritual care. Our staff chaplain is available for the spiritual needs of residents, families and staff. All are invited to non-denominational worship services. Bible studies and conversations with our chaplain are regularly scheduled and open to everyone.
