Freedom from the upkeep of homeownership with all utilities and light monthly housekeeping included, with additional services available for an additional fee. Flexibility to do what you really enjoy—from Bible studies and trivia to movies and fitness classes. And, peace of mind that comes from knowing that, as a member of this community, you are not alone.

We designed our apartments and our community to fit your lifestyle. Cook your favorite meals in your full kitchen with quality appliances or purchase hand-crafted meals prepared by our chef and culinary team. Enjoy your walk-in shower with grab bars. With large windows, you can take in the natural light and views of our beautiful neighborhood.

Our chef prepares a delicious lunch or dinner with menu choices each day, professionally served in our elegant dining room.

Housekeeping, along with linens and towels are provided weekly. A personal emergency call pendant is available for peace of mind. Staff are on site 24 hours daily. Should you ever need assisted living, services can come right to your apartment, following a nurse assessment.

You’ll find a variety of choices to enjoy a full life in our amenity-rich, hospitality-focused living community. Morning exercise classes can help improve balance, strength and mobility. Outdoors, walking paths skirt the natural marshland—great for bird and wildlife watching. Social opportunities include events, entertainment, parties and educational seminars. Trips to local restaurants or attractions are planned and scheduled group transportation in our mini-bus will take you there. You can be as busy as you like; the choices are yours.

Additional services include a storage locker, beauty salon/barber services and additional housekeeping and maintenance services. Your pets are welcome, too!
