Cornerstone is part of a senior housing campus in Plymouth, and we celebrated 21 years of serving older adults in 2025. Our community opened in April 2004 and continues to be a steady, welcoming place for residents and families. Cornerstone is a stand‑alone building with 84 apartments, including 18 dedicated memory care suites.

We also offer a range of living options across the broader campus, including assisted living and independent living, giving residents the ability to find support that fits their needs.

One of the things families notice right away is the longevity of our staff. Many team members have been here nearly as long as the building has been open. Several have been part of Cassia for more than 20 years and now consider Cornerstone their work home.

Today, about 30% of our staff have been with Cornerstone for at least 10 years. That consistency brings comfort, trust and stability to daily life here.
